- All prices are shown per item unless otherwise noted.
- Prices are FOB Weaverville NC.
- All merchandise must be paid for at time of purchase or shipment unless other arrangements have been made.
- Volume discounts can be negotiated.
- We have no minimum order.
- Orders will be shipped by UPS or US Postal Services (on small orders) or Common Carrier (on large orders).
- We ship to all the lower 48 States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- All international orders to be called in or transmitted via email.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks and Money Orders.
- A service fee of $25 will be charged on all returned checks.
- Refunds are permitted within 30 days of purchase on any item that is unaltered or unmilled.
- No refunds on custom orders.
- A restocking fee of 15% on the value of the returned merchandise shall apply.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- A 3% charge will be applied to all credit card refunds.
- The customer must notify our office of intention to return product within 3 days of receiving their order. Claims will not be entertained with out prior approval.
- Customers will either be refunded, credited or if an exchange is requested, once the product in question has been returned.
- Return shipping is for the customers cost.
- Product may only be returned in the original condition it was shipped. A claim will not be entertained if it has been custom ordered, cut, turned or changed in any way.
- Typographic errors are subject to correction when ordering. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- We try and maintain prices shown on our web site, however, due to fluctuating market conditions, prices may change without notice.

- We are open from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm EST, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:00pm on Friday and by appointment on weekends.
- Free freight on all purchases over $100, of burls, turning stock, pen blanks, knife scales and thin stock bags.
- This only applies to shipments within the continental US (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
- All freight costs for international orders will be quoted at the time of placing the order with a representative.
